Take care with your Facebook notifications. I had a notification from Facebook today supposedly from a friend which looked completely authentic. The friend told me that she had had a lovely surprise and had been given 120,000 dollars by an organisation called The Federal Government Humanity & Poverty Eradication. She urged me to contact the email address that was given as I was eligible for this pay out and that she had seen my name on a list. An obvious scam. The grammar was awful and the spelling as bad but it is possible for somebody to be taken in. So please be on your guard. It is an unkind world we live in. Happy New Year to all Joan Holmes
